On 11 December 2025, in Eisenstadt, Damir Matrljan, PhD, DBA, successfully defended his doctoral dissertation, “Effects of Individual Multilevel Perceptual Alignment in Organizations: A Compositional Approach,” within the joint doctoral programme. The dissertation was supervised by Prof. Marli Gonan Božac, PhD, from the Faculty of Economics and Tourism “Dr. Mijo Mirković”, Juraj Dobrila University of Pula, with Prof. Zoran Sušanj, PhD, from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka, serving as co-supervisor.
