Presentation of CARDEA ACADEMY for research managers at the University of Rijeka

In the central part of the workshop, Deni Nurkić from the Nikola Tesla Innovation Center, founder of the deep tech venture builder Nuqleus, and head of EDIH services Crobohub++, gave a presentation aimed at better clarifying what intellectual property encompasses and how to effectively protect and transfer it to the market. Ivona Peternel, PhD, from Juraj Dobrila University in Pula, presented the CARDEA Academy and career development opportunities for research managers, with special emphasis on the development of competencies necessary for working on innovation and research projects. The workshop was concluded with a question-and-answer session, confirming the academic community's interest in concrete models of knowledge transfer and strengthening the entrepreneurial dimension of research.
