Juraj Dobrila University of Pula is a Partner in the Prestigious "CARDEA" Project

Through ERA policy instruments, the European Commission aims to "enhance the strategic capacity of public research institutions." Research managers contribute significantly to strengthening research capacities across Europe. However, research management as a professional career path remains nearly invisible in policy, career advancement, and tenure opportunities throughout Europe. The CARDEA project focuses on developing administrative support to address this inequality.

As part of the project, a study is being conducted. Therefore, we invite you to complete the questionnaire and significantly contribute to this initiative through your participation. The results of this survey will be used to develop a Research Manager Framework and complementary policies to be considered by the European Commission, contributing to a consistent approach to research management careers.

Participation is entirely voluntary and involves completing a 30-minute questionnaire that asks about career profiles, career aspirations, and your skills.
